The profit margin has already been incorporated into the construction process which essentially means that you will be paying a lot less for the home than what would have occurred if you had purchased a home that was pre-built.

You see, real estate companies also work with these home builders which means that if you buy a pre-built home you are paying the profit that was incurred during the home building process as well as any profit margins that the real estate agency will have incorporated into the mix. It doesn’t make any sense to pay extra for something that is not really necessary, so home builders are the way to go.
